@ Rhiannon - wouldn't worry too much about them. Doesn't sound that bad with no lives lost and Hawaii is pretty solid.  I was 30 miles from the epicenter of the '89 quake that dropped the bridge in San Fran. That was pretty scary... Lots of people died.

I remember when that happened....that was really sad. I can't imagine being in something like that.
Never had to deal with a quake. There was a small tremor in Columbia SC one time and Wise and I were outside working on the house. I felt a little "something' and a brief sound like thunder. Didn't even realize til we went inside what it really was until we watched the news that night.
