Try meditation GF or yoga & G it only takes that little pin to burst your bubble.

Seriously too much stress can put a strain on your heart but that's depending age etc.

I think I've had my share of woe in my lifetime as I'm sure everyone else has. Maybe its how you react to stressful situations that contribute to ill health??

I'm no expert, I'm just trying to analyse something outta nothing.
