20 drops of lavender essential oil
800 IU of vitamin E
2 drops of Peppermint or Sage oil
Choose a rich carriers oil, such as almond,
avocado or walnut oil,
and add above ingredients to 4 ounces of the carrier oil.
Apply warm to clean unbroken skin
