10 fluid ounces of _cider vinegar_
10 fluid ounces of water [preferably _spring water or fresh rainwater]
1 handful of chopped fresh laveder flowers
1 handful of chopped fresh chamomile
Pour the vinegar and water into an enamel saucepan and place over a

remove the saucepan from the heat. Fill a mediumsized cauldron [or

with a lid or plastic wrap, and then strain the liquid into a clean
_glass bottle_ after three hours have passed.
Light scented red candles and add a cupful of the herbal vinegar to
tepid bathwater to give your body, mind, and spirit an invigorating
lift.

three teaspoons of dried thyme, lavender and/or chamomile can be
used in combination with, or in place of, the herbs listed above.
