Default Lilac Scensational Bubble Bath Recipe
Ingredients:
1 quart water
1 bar castille soap (grated or flaked)
3 ounces glycerin
5 drops lilac fragrant oil
Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Store in a container. Pour in running water.
