Q. Friend of mine is going through legal battles with her ex-husband. Anyway make long story short, he has custody of their daughter, and is requesting child support.
When they were married, I helped her father put in two water wells for them free of charge, (he owns a welling business)......Can she get an invoice for that and use it as part of child support?
