DC Drawings
Alrighty... putting all of the artwork I have scanned up here... which means you will be tortured with not only my crappy work for my art classes, but my doodles as well!  
Here's how it's gonna work. One picture per post, along with some of my comments about the piece... what medium I used, why I drew it, what I liked about it, etcetera, etcetera.
Hope I don't bore you too much... 
Oh yeah... going to only post one of these a day... because I don't want to spend as much time at once as I did for my dragon thread...
So here's the first one!
A Mother's Protection
This one has a ton of detail that you may or may not be able to see from where I sized it down...  I drew this out of boredom while waiting for my Mother to get out of surgery.
Done in plain old mechanical pencil on the sketchpad my Love gave me...  I thought it turned out really well... The angle of the mother's head, the folded wings (one of my first attempts at this... usually draw them outstretched).
I had originally planned for there to be baby dragonets instead of eggs, but... well... let's just say I don't have nearly enough practice (as in zero) drawing dragonets, so I may redo this picture in the future to include them once I get a bit better!
