...Why VB? I see no justification for a B....enless you're trying french. In french it is true, the adjective usually follows the noun it describes. However! Words that directly describe appearance (the best way I can explain which ones) such as beautiful, tall, small, large, short, skinny.... all go before.

So if it was Beautiful Velvet (which would be a very kind, and worthy shortened name for the gal) you would not have to apply the rule. Therefore it would be BV.
