iI can't figure it out!

At my night job - If I log in under my boss' account then I am able to use the decimal point (which I need as I'm dealing with cheques and money); however, if I log in under mine they decimal point but becomes "00". Does anyone know why this is and how I can change it? It's been bugging me for ages and I keep forgetting to ask. I haven't logged in under mine since I go the log-on (it's probably expired, lol) 'cos it shits me that much.

This is to do with the numerical pad, btw...

Obviously something to do with your settings and it might help if you let us know what program or software you are using?

Probably just need a little tweaking/adjustment.

still need to know what software/program though I suspect your I.T. Technician (I presume there is one employed at your place??) should fix this in no time at all.

IT tech - you have got to be kidding me right?
This is over-weight bank staff with no lives other than data entry - there are no IT people roaming the place!

Only thing I can come up with is going into your account settings.

Go to Start - Control Panel - Regional and Language Options -

Then click on Customize - there you will see all the parameters you can change to suit your needs. I will try to upload some pics as a guide but this computer I am using downstairs doesn't not have software on other than Windows XP and Firefox. so I'll edit this in a little while on my other one or my laptop.

If I hit the "home" button it brings up the help menu...
