Here is the soloution. It is called Flip4Mac. It is a seemless integration for the quicktime player.

Flip4Mac WMV Products

Works like a champ. It is the best thing out there for WMV files and it is free for the
basic edition.

Make sure the Mac is running Quicktime 7.4.5.

Just run the info tool under the Apple menu or run software update.

Also what version of the Mac OS X is on that machine?

If you want to go to Loepard (OS X) 10.5 I can make that happen.

IMO Tiger is the way to go right now. Glad it is working well.

That is the latest version of Tiger. They are at Leopard now 10.5.2 but I am not thrilled with it. It has a few nice features, but Tiger is lean and stable. There are still some issues with Leopard. We run 1.04.11 on all the machines here. I have Leopard on one external HD so I can play with it, but I do not use it for work.
