I know the feeling though. the other forum I was on... well, she ain't got shit on me!!!

When I left I had over 5% of the forums 700,000 posts!!

Now, well, I have other duties and miss the posting a lot sometimes. But then I sit back and think ALL of these posts are at least partially mine! The people here no it too and appreciate it. I know they do on EE, also.

lol... actually, we do have 3 or 4 members that don't post because of her. I'm just not sure how to deal with it yet. But you didn't look like she was scaring you away any little bit, lol. More like you're loving the attention haha.. but I know how you guys love it so I don't blame you any. But when people start leaving........

Now, Sal is a gem, I love her to death. She's fun without trying to overshadow everyone else and hog all the attention. She's subtle and such a sweet lady. Tinkerbell's fairly new, so I don't know her well at all, but she seems to be the same way.

I lost 2 mods last week, and we're growing at a nice pace, so I'm going to have to find some soon. I have one mod who's almost useless, another who's out sick, and a part-time co-admin. Such is life!

I think I have a fair amount of 'tact' is all.

I have 5 Mods, handpicked very selectively from the othersite. Sp00k is aces and online a lot during the day here (He's a Brit). DC, GF, and Wyeast came over with me, but Wy stepped down after we discussed his not being here enough. Nightmare is just - well, I sure love her to death - and is very responsible, so she replaced Wy. Santai is a Mod here mainly for access purposes. He moved my site and designed 90% of it. He runs a Styles site now.

I am HUGE on having lots of Mods. They make better posters once you give them the title AND better to have 'em and not them, than... well, you know.


Yep... Sal is my type!! and I'll have to find out who's type Tinkerbell is!!!
