Thank you everyone.
Well for a bit of news about where I've been for so long.
Mostly training and getting good at my job, it's very technical and the system is not at all easy to learn. Also I got rid of my internet at the dorms when I met Jen, I figured I'd use it while I was at her place on the weekends. At first we were spending time together, getting to know each other better, then we were going out and hanging with her friends and family. It seemed like I didn't have enough time to get online anymore, although I would still stop by for a second, just to see the old place.
But now we're past the point where we need to spend every minute together so I sneak away every once and awhile.
Other news, my first big deployment happens in October, I'll be gone for several months, but other then not being home for my birthday I'll be relatively safe. I know Jen will be able to handle it, she's just going to be picking up overtime to put away for the wedding. That is going to be on Aug. 2nd of 2008, we can't wait till then, we're both very excited to start our lives together and look forward to growing old together. She's a local gal from Omaha Nebraska, a ER nurse, she's very special to me.
Well I hope to be around more often for the next month or so until I deploy, but it will only be on the weekends. Anyways, it was good seeing the place hasn't changed too much, and I'll have to put up some stories I've collected over the past year!
