Never been to a chiro before...but I have heard it can become more addictive than the meds...I know people who go religiously.

I have a thing about meds and would rather be addicted to the chiro!

I go weekly..it may be a dependency of sorts...but I'll tell you this...except for a stomach flu last month..I'm the healthiest I've been in my whole life.

I do get why people stay away though.

I've only ever been a couple of times. They are good at their job but can be expensive.
As it is I am a lot better today just a heavy twinge here and there., Will still be taking it easy. I aint ready for my walking stick or zimmer frame yet.

Just been to the dentist and had a check up and teeth polished. For the first time I had a few nasty moments whereby I felt the tooth nerves...made me jump I can tell you.

Still I'm made up for another 6 months before my next check up.

No Need to worry Lisey, its a doddle getting a filling done now. 20 years ago I use to dread it too. I had to get one replaced last year as the filling was very sensitive and before I knew it, it was over. No pain whatsoever.

For you....I always seem to be in awful pain. Plus the drill makes me want to run.

Last resort is to get knocked out completely.

You'll need someone with you to ensure you're safety on the way home.

I have a few friends in the same predicament as you. You can only allay your fears by trying it. Dental technology is much better now, you'll be surprised not shocked......trust me I'm a vet.

I wish you were right, but I've always had issues. I have a high tolerance for pain so when it hurts it %^&*ing HURTS!

Every once in a while it's not so bad.

I guess sensitivity will not wane so its a case of needs must when necessary.

Today has been manic for me, playing taxi service for all and sundry built another cupboard for my stepdaughter, repaired a friends computer and now hoping to relax and watch a film .

Definitely back to normal.
