Celebrating the quarter trillion dollar deficit

WooHoo, ONLY a Quarter of a Trillion deficit this year. That means that Georgie Boy has only given our Children and Grandchildren a $5.250 Trillion Deficit in 6 Years. A fine record. No wonder he wants no child left behind. He needs them all to pay for his debt.

Now before we get too excited and happy that he was able to only spend a Quarter of a Trillion Dollars more than was taken in, you have to understand that we really are worse off but, through the genius of creative accounting, he borrowed A half trillion from the Social Security Account to make the 06 numbers look better just before the election. What a guy. Now, You, I, our kids, grandkids, mom&pops, SmBiz and Corps will get to pay that back as additions debt since it has to go back to the boomers in the form of payments starting oh, in a couple of years.

So if you just felt a couple of fast moves toward your back side, the first was your wallet and the second did NOT include complementary KY Jelly.

you know waht sucks, we would be out of debt if we stuck to Clintons plan, but no GW had to rock the boat and than throw social security over board

Yeah... don't think I ever realized how good of a president (albiet, not a person) Clinton was 'til we got this baffoon in office. Sweet Mother of All... how long will it take to pay off that much debt, I wonder?

well clinton's plan would of taken 5 years after his term( so we would of been out by 2005-06) but bushes won't really even out for about another 6 years ( around 2012) and programs like social security will be taped out just a little bit after that

There are lot of guesses out there, but because of the overwhelming number of baby boomers that are going to tap the SS reserve it is possible that this could take up to twenty years to clean up.

I guess I hated him so much for being such a bad person (plus... I was only thirteen when he got impeached...

) that I looked over what he'd done for our country. Infidelity aside, he made a great president.

if it werent bush in office look at the alternatives..kind of just bad tımıng. id rather have bush than any of the secular progressıves that are tryıng to take over now
