Curious.. How did you find this site?

I actually stumbled upon this great site while I was researching the topic of ritual seppuku. Feudal Japan is a large portion of my World History curriculum. Interesting huh?

Well I've been here since its inception along with a few others here. Some of us were friends on another forum. We decided to move on to pastures new when G_Man started this whole thing off from scratch without any prior knowledge to managing a site.

I came later on. The site found me on another forum which I *think* is now defunct.

I've the same story as these two... we migrated from one old site, which most of us know each other from, to a new site that didn't last too long... to here, when it first started. I actually had the privilege of giving suggestions to the overall theme/layout, and some of the forum divisions.

But goodness, that's been a long time ago now! Coming up on two years ago, I do believe.

How long ago was the original AS? I know it was February... of 2005 or 04 Gman? I found that site cus of porn, and started posting cus I wanted to ask a political question to a bunch of British people (who made up the site) for a paper.

I joined AS in Jan or Feb of 05. You were already there and G signed up right around the same time I did.
