Actually, the neatest part for me personally, was at the end as we were getting ready to go.
This lady walked up to us and told us how nice our dancing was. Quite the compliment for me (kind of par for Missy) and more so because she was a total stranger. At least so she thought Turns out she just didn't recognize Melissa from years ago when she took lessons from Melissa's partner Amanda. Still felt pretty amazing having a stranger come up and compliment my dancing.

Starting to finally get my tango looking pretty good.
I'll see about getting some video up in upcoming months, too.

My heart goes out to Missy for the void she has from missing her dancing. On the plus side it will bring you both closer. Judging by your comments she will soon bounce back and show everyone her true grit and determination.
I think the pair of you are in a class of your own.....world class.
Get well soon Missy.

Actually, because Melissa was in a car accident in April and still can't dance for very long, we are shooting for next spring again.
Having been in a car accident myself, I can completely empathise. Hope she gets better real soon xx

G - Sorry to hear you wouldn't be making it down. I hope she's recovering well. Springtime it is, then.
I will have to let you know more as the time arrives. I am both bummed and happy about not going this fall. I would be fine this fall, but by next spring I should be, beyond a doubt, her most advanced student. I like that much better than being her number 2 dancer, behind her old partner, whilst her beau.
