Cheers DC. This is my first year not taking my daughter out for as long as I can remember... I think she was about 5 the first time.

She wants to go with her friends though. She was a bit torn, which touched me, but I told her we do lots of other stuff and not to worry about.

Because of that, though, I have completely forgotten about Halloween today.

Yeah... Love forgot about it too...

He works nights, so he's not at home to see the trick-or-treaters or anything, so when I told him I was eating Hallowe'en candy it dawned on him...

Didn't really get to celebrate as much as I'd like this year...

Been too busy with everything to hardly even think about it, much less anything else. *Sigh*

I hate that I wasn't able to be back home to take my lil sister out, she's still young enough. By the time I will be able to she'll be too old to even care about Halloween.

I took my lil sister and her friends out. I helped with the costumes and did make up so I told them I wanted 15% of their candy.

It didn't work out that way.
