NO ONE says it like that....okay SOME people do...but a select few...usually Jewish or Italian. NO ONE of my friends or family says that!!!!

Oh, Spook. I lived in LA for years. Trust me. I am neither rich or famous.

For the most part, LA is just a big freakin' town with a lot of traffic. Plenty of places where it's not about looking good and drinking lattes and poo poo'ing on sub-par sushi. For every Beverly Hills or Malibu address, there are plenty of other towns where I was just a little afraid to get out of my car for work.

Don't get me wrong. There's plenty of freaks to go around in LA and Orange County. You have to be a little freaky to live in a town where mother nature routinely tries to convince you to GTFO by shaking up your house and knocking your bourbon to the ground.

Although I do have to admit, I noticed that people who have lived in LA find the movie "LA Story" freaking hiliarous, while everyone else seems to just be annoyed by it. So maybe there is something to it after all. I'll shurrup now.

Im with you Lisey....give me the east coast anyday. Never been to LA or NY, but I would much rather see NY than LA....though in either I am afraid that I would be country come to town.

I know what you mean about accents coming out when you are ticked off....I sound like the biggest red neck ever born when I go on a rant...but I have been told I have a heavy accent to begin with. I just notice it more when I am excited.
