Spain won't be a swing vote in anything that involves them, that's for sure, it's terribly unfortunate too. There are several US military bases (1 navy and 1 AF that I know of) I wonder how long until they're forced to close them down because terrorists feel they can push them around now..

The topic we were discussing at that time is, Spain pulling out of Iraq had did nothing more than strengthen whoever was responsible's resolve...similar to when a child pouts and dad says no, he goes to mom and gets his way, so now he doesn't even bother with dad anymore becuase Mom has shown her weakness. I understood what he was getting at, and it was Spain didn't have their heart in fighting this war, whether anyone thinks they should have been there or not, I don't know if I'm getting the point across that I'm going for or not.
