Dunno what all the fuss is about really, seems more like a blog than anything else. How its generating so much interest with the younger generation is quite astounding.

at a glance i know what type of person someone is

I can find some WELL cool unknown bands

ive found friends from all walks of life

seen some quality posts ~ my own ILLUSION one being a classic

ive helped girls i woudnt normally know get out of VERY bad situations (that is DEFO a good thing)

and ~ ok this aint myspace but a similar site

~ i have THE most amazing person ive ever talked to jetting over to meet me soon

Hmm, I'm quite happy with Messenger. gives me contact with all my friends & you can look up members too.
However I see where you're coming from & sounds ok but not my cup of tea. Maybe I'm an old fuddy duddy but I like what I've got.

fair play ~ though I have the msn addies of my REAL friends off there and all the other sites (of which i have loads)

i dont see any diff between meeting on them or in ANOTHER forum??

no difference really I was merely pointing out that i didn't need another medium for contact but more to the point I'm not intersted in meeting someone to get laid tho its ounds great but I'm happily married. Now if I was single that would be a different story.

Only reason I even have one is to catch up with people I've known over the years. Growing up an Army brat, I've been shipped all over the place and have, unfortunately, lost contact with a lot of great people. It's awesome when you find someone again and start talking.
