That's what happened this last week. Everything runs smoothly then the luck runs out and things go wrong.

First my clutch goes on the car, next day my remote control for the central locking and car alarm packs up.
3 days later our shower packs up. Just about recovered from all those dilemmas and managed to scrape the money together to get it all replaced and this afternoon our washing machine decides to pack up.

I think our luck has ran out this month.

I guess our patience is tested at times and this is a very rough ride but we'll get though it.

Good job I'm not superstitious huh?

Anyone else ever get a bad run?

Yep, but I am only on number 2 with my Montero Sport - brakes two weeks ago and lost 2 belts Monday on the Freeway. Before that of course we have Melissa's accident, she was ill and the cat has been to vet twice recently. $300 and finally about a $1000 the last time!!!

So... yeah, I hear ya mate.

It must be contagious. I almost broke my ankle, still have weeks of therapy and now
have to pay to have a guy cut the pastures and the lawn at the farm.
The wifes ML lost a blend flap door motor for the AC in this heat. $14 dollar part 9 hours
of labor. Now on my car the the new air pump goes and the transmission input shaft
is making a knocking noise at idle. The big tractor also lost a tire due to age and
it is a $1000 to replace. Not a great week so far.

To cap all of our hiccups we stripped all our walls in our living room to redecorate. We still have bare walls as of yet. Could be a while before they are covered up again.

Mind you it gives me a break.
