Pissed off Male Syndrome. Myth?

I know every now and then, i find sertin things. that trigger me and make me mad as hell. And it could be anything. like tv shows, songs, a phrase of some sort. And i just wanted to know if it has ever happened to other people.

When I was in PT for a fractured vertebrae in my neck I had a shrink that was consulting so that the pain did not warp me (more than I am). He talked about something called male rage syndrome that affects a percentage of men. It sounded similar to what you describe.

I've been debating this topic very recently....I've always thought that a lot of men have their own PMS.

Actually one shrink did try to equate it to PMS, but not as predictable as a 4 week cycle.
