Re: sb break? !??!!?!
Then she joined a sorority. Then she met a guy and he was a "good friend". Then I'm set to transfer in and I come down to visit the school and it turns out she's no longer living at the dorm but at this guy's house. We go through a bad break-up but eventually things sort themselves out and we agree to be friends, though I still had feelings for her (probably still do to this day). I end up at a different college where I enjoy single life for awhile but I eventually meet a girl. At the same time that I meet this girl, my ex wants to hang out more. Us being friends, I invite her over to my school and she brings some of her sorority sisters with her (my friends were very happy with me). Long story short, she comes over and sees that I have a girlfriend and treats this girlfriend like a second-class citizen. I find out from my ex's friends that she wanted to rekindle things with me.
Too bad.
I married that girl I met in college and she's the love of my life.
Moral: The both of you are too young to know what you want. You haven't committed yourself to the notion that no-one else could possibly be any better. And you know that old addage about "if you love someone, set them free . . . "? It's crap, but it gets your head able to deal with the notion that there is someone better out there. However, you will never find that person if you're looking over your shoulder to see if your ex will turn around.
