Had rotten weather all day. Another 7 inches of snow and a frozen internet.

I hope all are well. I am sorry I have not been around. I really hope DSL gets here
soon. I have had it with cable access to the net.

Sorry to hear about your troubles Noodles, I've always had cable broadband and touch wood I've only had a few hiccups with it. Maybe its a combination of the bad weather that is causing all the problems.

Luckily the terrible weather has been missing my little corner of Montana, we got a bit of snow about a week ago, that's just finished melting. It's unfortunate, the weather you've been seeing Noodles. The last I heard, there are about 190K people still without power in the midwest from the last storm. Hopefully you'll get some relief soon.

Sorry, Noods. We got lucky here. Small snowstorm on Thursday. Was supposed to get a Nor'easter last night...think we're getting it now by the sound of the wind.

Weather here is too bizarre to comment on. Reports have been dead off for weeks. :shrugs: Haven't used my chains yet, but probably should have Friday. Found myself in quite the pickle, but still refused to put them on!

Good Luck Noodles. Glad I didn't pack up and move in with you like we'd joked about before!!!

Thanks to all.

I have to say I do not ever remember this much snow this early. We now have a good 2 feet
on the ground and drifts that look like sand dunes.

Thank god for 4 wheel drive, Nokian snow tires and German electronic stability programming on board.

Did I mention I rake the roof of the house to keep ice dams from ruining the gutters and shingles.
I have a 30' long snow rake that I pull snow off the roof with. It really helps out but what a PITA.

I guess we are lucky in this part of the world. We really used to have terrible snow drifts 20-30 years ago, now its very rare.
