Ok, thanks to DC I was wondering what everyone takes with them when they go out?

What is it you all must have with you and why? Why so much stuff in your handbag/purse.????

The only thing I have with me at all times is my wallet, house key, some loose change and my mobile phone. I used to carry a comb but since I've kept my hair very short for the last 6 years or so I've no need for one. Car keys obviously if I'm driving.

Cash, cards, keys and phone.

So my purse is never really very heavy.

As for what I carry - super simple. If I don't carry a purse...my lip stuff, wallet, phone, and keys. If I do carry a bag it's all of the above plus more choices of lip stuff, coupons for shopping, a camera, bottle of water. For work I carry a Swiss Army back pack bag...and fit all the objects I need in it..it's got about a zillion compartments.

BUT...every bag I own is very expensive....2 Louis Vuittons (gifts), one Coach, one Kate Spade. For you men...that's about $1500 in pocketbooks.

Eh...the most expensive were gifts I never asked for. My aunt has a penchant for ridiculously expensive bags...and if you say you don't like one she gets offended. She gives 'em to us.....we can't say no.

She gave me a Coach key ring. I checked it out and it was $130.

if parting beer cozy and keycahin bottle opener and gum.
if during the day sunglasses

i don't smoke but you never know when you might need a lighter, may it be helping some hot chica with a lite or surviving the zombie apocalpse

keys, wallet, flashlight, multi-tool. About half the time I end up taking a camera as well (between work and taking the kidlets out)

don't get me wrong, I enjoy nice things, but somethings just seem excessive....I'd rather not have the expensive things and go on vacation!!!

I never carry a purse .. at work they have to be clear and if I'm going out I don't need anything extra to keep up with ... so I always carry in my pocket .. my checkcard .. a lighter .. keys and my cell phone if I'm going to work I usually have a little change in my pocket too . If I'm going out depending where ...I may not have pockets so i will carry cash and my cell usually in my bra
