What is your favorite Dirty Jobs episode? Mine? Water snake wrangling up at Lake Erie. I used to work at a summer camp up there. The snakes were everywhere. I didn't know they were "biters" until the I watched the show.

I love the show, but have you noticed that the language is getting a little more vulgar. As a father of three little ones, it's hard to have it on while the kids are around. I am very disappointed w/this. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a prude, but come on.

:hehe: He's probably more comfortable and the network is getting more comfortable letting more language go...This is what happens when a show establishes itself. If people complain too much they'll scale back

(T-I work in tv and am responsible for what language is allowable for air)

I agree about the episode. Mike getting nailed by all those snakes was a hoot.

Then I would have to say the Vexcon episodes from season 1 and season 2.

The one where he worked for a crew that cleaned up after residential sewage problems was great... interesting, filthy, and disgusting

Leather tanner was good, one where the crew helped tear a residential building down was fun... hell, haven't seen a bad episode

I agree though... he has started swearing more (which I find kinda delightful because it just seems more accurate; I know for damned sure if I did any of those jobs I'd be cursing my face off

) But if you've got young kids around it's different.

For sure.. but I think he was just saying he used to watch it with the kids but now it's a little too heavy on the swears for his taste.
