Disgrace - J.M Coatzee.

Absolutely brilliant writer. Very much deserving of the Nobel Prize he won.

The World According to Garp
The Hotel New Hampshire
The Cider House Rules

Very few books that I own that I've read more than once. However, among them are:

Black Beauty by Anna Sewell (was my favorite book as a kid... read it so many times that the pages are falling out now)
The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis
The Time of the Dragons by Alice Ekert-Rotholz
Follow the Seventh Man by Robert Standish
The Tale of Murasaki by Liza Dalby

I would agree with you on that one....Joyce is a prime example of the epiphanal moment in literature.
