Sure didn't get to take pictures like I had hoped...

But did stop on the Columbia River and take some pix of a monument there and the basin.

That bridge is where I-90 crosses the river, right about the middle of the state of Washington.

Those are bronze mustangs. I don't remember the story off hand (been years since I was there before) and someone destroyed the little monument plaque so I couldn't read about it...

Well all I can say is if I ever get the chance I'd love to come over & view all the scenic areas. Probably wear my camera out but it sure would be worth it.
