86 is the year I learned to ski, my parents told me "do not let go of the rope" so I didn't...even after I fell. luckily they were paying attention and stopped to boat so I could get some air. I was 6.

Ouch Wiggy that must have been quite a wipe out.
I miss it. I can't afford a decent boat and still keep road racing. Water skiing is a pricey hobby but great fun.

Your scans are looking pretty good Wisecat. It has been part of my living for 17 years and the color balance and details in both the highlights and shadows is very good. I have owned over a dozen scanners some of them were drum scanners worth more than my car and the modern CCD flatbed scanners are getting very close to the accuracy of a drum.
Nice work man.
