They are great looking birds. There is a hunt club adjacent to our property and we get
a lot them seeking refuge on our farm. They are tame because they were hand rasied.
They will walk up to us looking for food.
One day a guy from the hunt club stops by and says he is here to collect the AWOL birds.
I checked with the Sheriff and once they are on my property the club loses rights to any
interest in the fowl.
We have about 8 here right now just wandering around the pastures. If one of the
hunters takes a shot at them it is a felony plus a trespass if they come on the land.
