I was looking for an insect on a flower but none around because of the weather. That geranium was actually in a plant pot and I put a dark towel behind on a couple of shots to break the blinding whiteness of the bench it was resting on.

I chased a bunch of bees around last summer, but as you can see from all the pix I posted how well that went!!

I am just lucky I didn't get stung... they were everywhere in this clove patch I was in!

My Second Job

Yeh I know you got to be so careful with those things. I've been stung a few times and the last time was on my lip....man did that hurt. I was in agony for days. Even having a drink was excruciating. Everyone thought I'd been in a fight.

The good weather brings out all the good subjects but I personally don't like bright sunlight for photography. I think you get much better contrast in normal daylight with the sun behind the clouds. However the sun is good for pics as in sunset etc.

Each to they're own I suppose.

nice flowers spook, I know what you mean about blinding white messing with a photo im still practicing with that
