Windmills

Took these this morning after my first disaster of the batteries dying and went to another location. Apparently they are considering erecting some more. This was a trial which was finished last year and was a huge success.

Yes they were a bit in the distance as you can tell by the difference in both shots.
Apparently there is a path for ramblers which goes right up to them. I may investigate another time and see if I get get a better shot.

No eagles round there though.

we have wind farms here in Montana, I hate living in a state that is so consistently windy that they put up structrues to create energy from it.

We have large privately owned one a half mile north. The winds at the tops
of these hills are relentless.
