Well I'm not too fussed on it but my kids are. The thing is no sooner will you buy it & PS4 will be out.

I agree with its capabilities which are astounding to say the least * no doubt will cost an arm & a leg too but will probably worth it to see the smiles on tje kids faces....that is if they behave themselves to deserve it.

Meh...there are some major advantages to the 360 too, I'm thinking I'll get one of them, not sure which...but trying to be unbias as much as possibly, I do think the 360 has a larger audience to appeal to (tivo, stuff on demand, video chat, Halo )

The PS3 deffinatly stole the show at E3 from what my geeky friend tells me, but I liked Xbox a LOT more than PS2 (games and online play blew PS2 away IMHO) , so I may stick with Microsoft.

All I know for sure is that I'm pretty well done with PC games. The 'add ons' 'expantions' 'boosters' have all gotten fucking outa hand!

Someone got me Battlefield 2 and within weeks, there were not 1, but 2 expantions or boosters or whatever...I never understood if you needed one for the other, or if you could get one that was all inclusive, because before I decided to pay the 20$ for one or, 30$ for both or some shit, there was a third out! And now, I think there's even a fourth! This game is still just months, not years old. As you can tell, that shit pissed me off

I actually think it sucks the 360 and PS3 are already out...I wasnt done with the Xbox games my bro had And just as you find one you like, everyone else flocked to another, leaving the Online (the only part I find any fun) rooms dead quiet. It's not even about the money as much as it is about being sick of having to keep up with the rapidly changing favorite games or systems or add-on...getting outa hand if yah as me!

why o why would the 360 beat the mighty PS3? (Facts please)

NOT proper Hi Def capabilities.

It uses normal dvds for storage (VERY bad! For example ~ the latest GTA uses a double density dvd and they had to cut some stuff out cos it simply woudnt fit! Now imagine a 360 runing the same game. It needs more simply cos the graphics are sharper. OOPS!)

Its (estimated) that the PS3 is at least 3 times more powerful.

the only drawback is that because the PS3 is far more complex in design ~ then initially the 360 will have better looking games till the developers get to grips with it (However ~ im starting to think this may NOT be true cos ive been knocked back by what ive seen thus far!)

Todays Hi Def is next years low im afraid ~ and the 360 is incapable of running them at that resolution (Ill not mention ur XBOX )

I'm not drawing any conclutions....it almost came to a coin toss when I was gettin an Xbox or PS2...but it was the games that won it for me with Xbox, not just Halo but the huge variety; I couldnt care less about Grand Tourismo or Japanese games to be honest And the Xbox destroyed the PS2 despite what Sony was saying (you may disagree there, but I think the PS2 was garbage, and Sony better deliver what they say they can with the PS3)

Thats always gonna be a problem with whatever you buy these days. Technology is so damn fast at improvising. A very costly experience if you choose to keep up with them all. Its a case of need not want otherwise its keeping up with the jones' as well as the technology.

I think a lot of people are thinking buying a PS3 is worth the 600$ to play old games, refitted for High-def if cool...I dont see it

Xbox 360 looks very pretty if you ask me...they didnt brag much with the original Xbox, but their later games, Halo 2, NFL, Rainbow 6...they look DAMN good

heres my voice for what its worth. Yes ~ The XBOX did indeed crap on the PS2

and the 360 is indeed quality. And im sticking by what I say with the fact that the PS3 is indeed more powerful

However ~ to some this up. I fookin HATE Microsoft with a vengence. SO much so I steal from them

So yeah ~ they both rock

Its down to personal tastes and money. Most Americans will go for the 360 just cos its made in their homeland. Ill go with PS3 simply cos I hate Microsoft and I want to help Sony trounce them (And they will AGAIN!)

Ok.....where does this hatred for Microsoft come from? They made a monopoly from nothing, damned fine, hardass buisness skills I'd say.

I've got a cousin in Washington who Microsoft let go while he was on leave taking care of his wife, who had a baby and was diagnosed with cancer within a few months of the delivery...but why does half the world hate them?
