Sweet tea and a blueberry bagel with cream cheese. Oh, and I stole a little bit of Speedy's sandwich and bagette.

We consume a lot of organics here in our house. The difference in taste from a cage
free vegetarian fed organic egg from a mass farmed egg is astounding.

I look at it this way. We are already getting too much processed food chemicals in our
diet theses days. So I take any opportunity to go organic and eliminate them by
going for organic produce, juices, meats and grains. I am not a health food freak,
just trying to keep a balance.

If you like eggs and one of your better senses is taste I highly recommend the organic
eggs. Also organic milk is amazing compared to the mass produced milk.

Didn't have breakfast this morning. First meal of the day was half a pepperoni and mozeralla calzone and a Mountain Dew at lunch time.
