That is the way to go. The cheap ones don't really protect much.

I have everything on UPS with built in surge protection. We can't afford a hit
with the machines for the business.

I went cold turkey after 23 years of smoking.

All I can say is that you won't believe how much better you feel in a few weeks and
how much more stamina you will have. If you can make it the first three days you
can do it. I know this sounds corny, but if I can do it I feel anyone can.
