4 years, well worth the wait

four years ago i started working for a security company knowing that the superbowl would be at the new phx stadium. at the time this company had the contract for the old tempe stadium and would likely get the new glendale stadium. this didn't happen and although i have seen so much in four years the I still yurned for that one trip that most people could only dream of especially as a child when they once planed to win the lambarty trophy. however after some time most of us would easily settle being there if we could spend the minimum $1000 or so we'ld likely do it. but getting paid to go even if it's only a small fraction compared to the cost of nosebleed seats would be just that much better. and to see the dream be taken away form you due to the incompetence of others when your so close can be quiet a downer.
call faith , karma, or what ever you beilve dreams still can come true. 3 months ago I was given a new oppurtunity to do something i've wanted to do in a while. with teh right connections and reputation i was offer to go to the XLII and even though i knew there was a chance to not even really see the game I had to take it. than it was a matter of waiting like a kid waitnig for christmas.

i started oustide away form the game but i ended it with the champs them selves

I started at a tailgate area. if you thought people drops some bucks on the tickets that get this. this "private" tailgate cost $1,600 to get in but it had all the provisions including entertainment. I saw alot of people there including steve young who i help watch for a while. and even though ( a 49er fan) saw young and jerry rice. along with the iron man himself cal ripken jr. the greatest thing i saw is hard to describe only as an angel. alica keys truely is a diva. I can't explain it. but she was more than a famous hot body much more.

after eating a so-so dinner and watching parts of the game in the than empty vip tents my groups supivsor got us on the field for the end of the game. I can't describe it but it was defenately worth the wait . and than running into a possibly drunk tom arnold made it alil better.
sure It might be just a game, but it was one hell of a game.
